Technical Requirements
We know that there is a wide variety of equipment currently
being used by our customers. So we've designed OneClickHR
to be as flexible as possible, and to fit a screen size
of 800x600 pixels. (Tip: if you're not sure about this,
and are using Windows software, go into Windows Help and
go to Display Properties.)
Browser
Please note that there are a large number of screens for
you to view on the site. To be able to do this, your browser
will need to be Netscape Navigator® 3.0 or above, or
Microsoft® Internet Explorer version 5.0 or above.
In general, as with any internet site, the appearance of
OneClickHR on your screen will very much depend on the way
your computer is set-up. We recommend that the following
be considered a minimum specification to make the most of
OneClickHR.
- Modem speed 28.8. Monitor Specifications 800x600 with
at least 256 colors setting
- Netscape Navigator® 3.0, Microsoft® Internet
Explorer 5.0
Registration Troubleshooting
If you have a problem registering, we suggest you check
the following:
- Have you completed all the questions marked requested?
- Have you accurately re-keyed your chosen password?
- Have you chosen an account name and/or password?

Common User Problems
Failure to receive an email confirming registration
Please enter your correct email address when registering
in order to ensure you receive an email confirming your
registration.
Error messages
OneClickHR is updated regularly. It is possible that links
to sections of OneClickHR that are saved in the Favourites
section of your browser may become outdated. Attempts to
access outdated links may result in error messages. To avoid
this, we suggest you regularly use your browser's refresh
function.
Repeated prompts to log in
In order to improve our website, OneClickHR uses 'cookies'.
These are small files that store information on your computer's
hard drive, and allow OneClickHR to recognise you when you
use our website. When you reach a page on the website that
requires input of your account details the cookie is sent
back with the details and therefore 'unlocks' the next page.
However if your browser is not set to accept cookies, you
will repeatedly be brought back to the log in screen when
you try to access pages on OneClickHR. In order to avoid
this, we suggest that you adjust your browser's security
settings to enable your computer to accept cookies. None
of your personal information is stored within cookies transferred
back to us.
'My account details' page is repeatedly displayed following
log-in
You may need to delete the temporary internet files which
are stored on your computer. Then close your browser completely.
Re-open the browser and try to log in to VizualHR.com
again. If the problem persists please contact us on the

Payments
Many people are cautious about typing credit card information
onto the Internet. OneClickHR is a fully protected site
and this means that your details are actually safer
than when processing a credit card payment in a restaurant.
