1 April 2007 - Insufficient Notice of Early Return

Commencing Paternity Leave

To be sent to an employee who has 26 weeks’ or more service as at the beginning of the 15th week before the EWC, who has informed the Company of his partner’s pregnancy and has submitted a start date for his leave. £15.00
