Employee Health Assessments

According to the CIPD Employee Absence survey, the average annual cost of sickness absence per employee is approximately £522, and furthermore many respondents did not include such hidden costs as replacement workers, overtime or lost production, all of which could make sickness absence a much more costly experience for employers. Few businesses have the benefit of contracts with occupational health service providers, and to fill this gap, we provide a range of employment health assessments which you can access on an ad-hoc basis.

  • Pre-Employment Health Assessment

This questionnaire is designed for any individual new to night work and is aimed to identify any medical condition he/she may be suffering from that could be made worse by regularly working at night.
